Prior to this I have global experience of working various international exhibitions and conferences in India and Russia. During my tenure working with Call Cente staff I applied my own methodology G.O.E.S that always proved to be highly successful giving the staff what they need to reach their highest potential and drove results. This methodology was implemented both with frontline agents and supervisors with great success.This success has led me to start my own start up with the intention of helping other small to midsize Call Centers that need to boost the moral of their staff and want to have successful and motivated frontline Customer Service which is the most important department in any company.

Usually it fails because the staff was given the training but no support thus after few days of the workshop staff tends to revert back to old methods and takes these workshops as leisure time rather than honing the skills.Having seen this happening repeatedly we take a different approach. We work with the staff for 15 - 30 days depending on your needs and budget to ensure that staff fully understands and gets the support they need. It works.
