In addition to my duties as Finance Director for the City of Kirkwood, I serve as Treasurer for the City of Rock Hill, Missouri, as part of a shared service agreement between the two cities. My interests and expertise include developing operational efficiencies and improving internal controls. I am an advocate for cross training of staff, teamwork, and shared services between local governments.I have 28 years of experience in governmental and not-for-profit finance. I possess the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) certification as a Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO) and serve on the board of the Missouri GFOA as immediate past president. I earned my BS from Maryville University in St. Louis Missouri.
