• 13 years’ working experience as the Executive Assistant in reputable multi-national companies• Highly effective and polished executive level administrative skill• Demonstrated leadership skills to deliver expected results• Demonstrated ability to work independently• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power-point)• Developed time management skills• Strong knowledge of travel management (planning, scheduling, updating, expense reporting) and strong understanding of complex executive and international travels • Demonstrated communication skills• Ability to organize and prioritize in an independent manner• Ability to pro-actively engage executives with concerns, issues and opportunities and seek solutions in a timely manner• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
