Reporting to the COO and CEO, I was responsible for all facets of the site and in country exploration projects, successfully delivering increases in inferred resources portfolio and indicated. The focus of the project centered around the Ferguson Island and Feni Island Exploration leases, but also included other Exploration leases held. All sites held significant logistical, technical, social licence , and security challenges, which potentially impacted to the overall operating cost and successful delivery of the project. Through constant and rigorous focus on these aspects along with daily oversight of the operations , a successful delivery of the project objective's was achieved.
