Was working with Global brands to further develop my skills and priming me back into a leadership role once again. The project work ranged from managing developers, producing a typescript based tool thatwas consumed by millions of people, developing UI for AI path mapping, and to working internally with teams to manage their Azure instances. A majority of this role was utilizing frameworks such as React for front end development, orworking on methodologies for the client and team documenting during our work.

My responsibilities were to create and deliver products such as web platforms and mobile apps, interacting with the clients that would come forward to the studio. I would start after the design phase was completed all the way to the final testing phases of the project. I also helped to maintain existing products and develop new inhouse ones from the company's own ideas. The position of Developer Team Lead was expanded from my role as a software developer by placing me in a management position with one of our three small teams. A key responsibility of this position has been the skill development of my team as we continue to work and maintain the growing AirSembly platform. Prior to achieving this position, I would assist in the on-boarding process of new developers and students participating in our co-op program by giving them hands on guidance through pair programming and verbally working out the problems with them.In addition to my responsibilities for team development, I was also involved in the interviewing process of applicants for AirVM. This would include reviewing potential candidates, conducting phone and our technical interviews.

My primary duties for this position included adding customer requested features to our Airsembly platform while working in a team environment. This was accomplished by working in the existing OOP (Object Oriented Programming) code structure and utilizing several APIs to maintain and improve the current codebase. In addition to my duties as a software developer, I assisted the marketing team by creating a number of videos for key industry events in 2014. Was the webmaster and creator of Netco Electric’s original website. I created my own graphics and built the site from scratch throughout my university years.
