Technical management of Air Force Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals for C2ISR Integrated Product Teams. Coordinate with C2ISR program management and engineers in sustainment/modernization of fielded systems.

Support life cycle product sustainment responsibilities through technical management of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals for C2ISR DataLinks/Radio product teams. Perform logistical/asset management of equipment in conjunction with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) companies to include deficiency reporting and resolution. Performed and assisted in Validation/Verification procedures in conjunction with C2ISR government leadership for Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) O&M manuals. Frequently assist the Integrated Product Team (IPT) in review and management of OEM delivered documentation per contractual requirements.

Duties included technical management and deficiency reporting management for C2ISR Integrated Broadcast Services (IBS) product team during the development/production phase of the program. Responsible for the resolution of deficiency reports in DCGS through Joint Deficiency Reporting Systems (JDRS) as an action point. Responsible for technical evaluation of Technical Orders (TOs)/Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO’s) and participate in the preparation and maintenance of contractual documents related to equipment or systems.

Coordinated/assisted C2ISR Distributed Common Ground Station (DCGS) IPT’s with development/distribution of TO’s/TCTO’s for the Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) portion of systems/subsystems. Maintained compliance with military standards (MIL-STDs), military specifications (MIL-SPECs) and other defined regulations used in Air Force Technical Data. Routinely utilized Maintenance Information System (MIS), Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI), Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS) and other available databases to evaluate, finalize, and publish documentation.

Responsible for processing and shipment coordination of C-141 aircraft TO manuals which included acquiring and filling requisition requests, overseeing printing and shipping departments, and coordinating with field personnel. Frequently operated in the Joint Computer Aided Logistics System (JCALS) environment to generate requisition reports, and Publication Stock Numbers (PSN’s), for indexing and printing purposes. Updated TCTO and TO meta data as requested by TO Management and JCALS Data Quality Teams.
