In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist I have completed the training and have earned the designation of Certified Destressed Property Expert. Member of Yolo Masters Club 2011,2012,2013.

For five years I was in charge of the annual July 4 party for our homeowners party. We are the day decorateing bikes, face painting and gettign festive to march around the grounds of our complex. Then is is off the kids carnival that we set u wtih fun activites for the little ones, then pool games for the older kids. At 5:30 we start our street dance complete with DJ and then a big BBQed dinner. All of this for around 400 people big and small, young and older but youg at heart. A lot of work but a lot of fun.

I worked with Mary and Manuel Tortosa and I was their first full time agent. I learned a lot about the business from them and they were very good to me. The business is now closed and they are both deceased but I will always remember them.

I taught at Winters Middle School for three years and then moved to Winters High School for four years. I had two children under five and thought I would have more time to spend with them if I started a career in real estate. Don't know about the time as I had t work twelve months out of the year but I had more flexibility with my schedule. It turned out to be a great move for me.
