I've been a certified Pa. EMT since 1999. I had EMS experience prior to that as having trained in Beginning First Aid, Advanced First Aid through a volunteer fire company. Since becoming an EMT I've worked on a BLS ambulance for 4 years, MICU ambulance for 13 years. I've been involved in many incidents due to our coverage of a major interstate highway, a major railway up & down the east coast, numerous chemical refineries & plants, a major waterway (Delaware river), being in the flight landing plane for a major airport (Philadelphia International Airport) & then there is the everyday accidents & incidents that come with a City & rural area's. I've work for a business at many Special Events such as concerts (large & small), rodeo's, Nascar races, Hockey (professional, college) games, basketball (professional, college, high school) games, professional baseball games, Football (professional, college, high school) games. I have also been a certified EMT Instructor for the State of PA.. I am a Past Fire Chief for Marcus Hook Fire Co. & Borough as well as many positions with 3 fire companies both on the fire grounds as well as executive positions to run the organizations. They were all Volunteer positions except the Borough Fire Chief. I've been a fire investigator for the fire department as well as a local District Fire Marshall.
