• Problem solving fit issues on old core styles especially the Dungarees which was 70% of their top sales
• Sourced external pattern graders and pattern makers in UK, for the factories in India that struggled in this area & for the Made in Britain range. Checking all graded patterns were accurate prior to making final carded.
• Set up best working practice with internal QC based in Barnsley, ensuring she had a gold sealed sample & production spec to hand as reference for checking bulk when it arrived
