Manage all of the credentialing of high school instructors; gather transcripts/certificates; and write justification statements for instructors applying to teach dual credit classes for the college. Create all schedules of dual credit classes for each semester. Provide an orientation/training session for all school district personnel, approximately 100 participants, prior to the start of the school year. Verify that all grades are submitted; rosters are verified and certified by due dates by assisting instructors - Market and recruit new students and schools at college recruiting fairs, classroom presentations; non-traditional venues; community events and other opportunities. Develop, submit and maintain a yearly budget and work with partner school districts on budgeting for classes and instructor stipends. Work with technical programs to create technical career pathways for high school students in areas such as Welding, Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Wind Energy and other expanding, high demand career fields.
