Built and managed a multi-site team across Seattle, Menlo Park, New York and London. Our mission is to enable Messenger to scale and be integrated across Meta's family of apps including Messenger, Facebook on Android and iOS and on emerging devices in ARVR. The system is used by billions of users every day and operate at immense scale.

Amazon's Choice is the most impactful product recommendation system for Amazon and Alexa that helps millions of customers with their purchase decisions. The program generates billions in gross revenue and is hugely coveted by sellers. At its core, it is a massively scaled algorithmic recommendation system built using big data, search and ML to help customers find the best products on Amazon. Grew the program from a modest prototype to highly scaled program across multiple systems, millions of customers in every market.Led the customer engagement team for Alexa Shopping responsible for awareness and engagement growth. Led evergreen campaigns and unique experiences on both Alexa, mobile, web and devices. Leveraged algorithmic targeting and econometric models to maximize effectiveness.

Launched a new live video advertising product (Amazon Live) to help customers learn and discover products on Amazon. Built a cross-functional team (UX, PM, SDE) across two sites (Seattle, NYC). Built a highly scaled (1M+ concurrent viewers), low broadcast latency network (<15 seconds) with multiple levels of network redundancy and high quality of service (< 5% rebuffer rate).
