It provides links and information explaining options for housing, medical and legal issues. As content creator I research all information to provide links for seniors or their caretakers. The site includes a blog where specific issues can be covered in-depth. Content is shared on the site as well as across all social platforms. In addition to sharing I am engaging with readers. Engagement includes other businesses or those offering services relevant to seniors.

Manage the organization’s reputational risk with the Enterprise Risk Management team. Monitor social media feedback to engage with customers. Prioritize comments for the internal business units to resolve issues. Analyze metrics and measure sentiment to create reports for upper management, CEO and the Board of Directors. I created training resources to introduce MetricStream, a Governance, Risk and Compliance tool to the organization. Success Communications is a full service communications agency. I managed the creation of traditional marketing tools including print ads, radio, emails and collateral material. I worked with outside vendors and internal team for mobile strategies, SEO/SEM, Google AdWords and social media. Project management included oversight of internal team of account managers, IT and artists along with outside vendor partners. Set project scope, developed SOW, reviewed analytics and benchmarks to ensure all team members were aware of time lines, budget constraints and deliverables. To gain a deeper understanding of client’s goals and challenges I interacted with C-Level executives in Marketing and Human Resources. This information was the foundation to create custom strategies with a strong call to action.
