•Supports members and/or customers in all aspects related to sale, distribution of APICS materials, products and information to include membership, certification and maintenance via phone, mail, fax, e-mail.•Process membership receipts and refunds of payments per request via written correspondence via e-mail or letter•Respond to customer inquiries and concerns while navigating the CGI database and/or APICS website or intranet.•Educate and advise customers regarding various study materials as they relate to the CPIM, CIRM, CSCP and CFPIM certification process.•Conduct research as to document and resolve customer complaints as they relate to billing and service discrepancies•Process membership applications, invoices, for membership renewal, certification and course registration and product orders via phone, mail, fax and e-mail.•Assist receptionist with overall maintenance of front office are to include call reception, switchboard operation, and greeting visitors (upon request)
