The RSA Group is a leading executive search firm in global Life Sciences and Healthcare that provides a unique combination of executive search and executive interims. As our People and Performance Lead and Head of Global Marketing, my responsibilities covered a broad spectrum. I created and implemented strategies for our core brand (including a full rebrand during the pandemic), employer brand and our internal communications. A large focus of my role involved key stakeholder engagement through strategic communication & partnerships with reputable industry figures to keep our brand front and centre at all the relevant touchpoints. I also spearheaded company internal communications, advising and facilitating weekly all company meetings and quarterly company Townhalls as well as providing internal consultancy for the leadership team on specific and more sensitive topics. I am passionate about blending the right ingredients enabling individuals and teams to reach their full potential. I was able to bring that to life through facilitating training workshops as well as managing the internship programme and our partnership with The Youth Group and the KickStart Scheme.

I played an Integral role in the set up and running of a new International School in South Lombok. I was asked to be a Board Member as well as leading the financial management and supporting the operational set up and community development. I also helped to set up the schools environmental teaching and reuse zones for creative crafts and did a spot of teaching snorkelling and water safety as well as some field hockey which was so much fun!

I was the co-founder of WhatSUP?Lombok, an adventure sports company in South Lombok. We specialised in Night SUP Tours, Day SUP, Surfing, Kite Surfing, Scuba Diving, Snorkel Trips, Boat Trips, Adventure Tours and all sorts of other cool stuff. I managed the logistics, finance and marketing as well as group tours and scuba diving.

I helped to set up and run the school from late concept phase through to operation. I was responsible for all aspects of running the school from recruitment, set up and development of all operational systems and processes, finance, maintenance, marketing and sales, community, staff management and welfare, business planning and development.

My role covered corporate brand management, at the SE Asia & global level, reporting directly to the Global CEO, and also included planning and implementation of KU Early Childhood Education Brands from market research, media planning, brand strategy, online marketing, social media, community outreach, sponsorship and event management. I also worked closely with the VP Human Resources to set the framework for effective internal and external communications to drive strong employer brand position, also helping to develop the human resources recruitment strategy using creative solutions across various platforms from social media to industry events and sponsorships in order to meet aggressive year end hiring targets. Internally, I helped to project manage the launch, branding and ongoing management of SAP JAM as new central system for all internal communications.

I also worked on the Boots account, coordinating closely with the client and our interactive team to launch Wellbeing.com - their flagship wellbeing health and beauty website.
