Corporate Recruiter And Retention Specialist
Current- Responsible for recruiting multiple positions at any given time for various roles throughout the company. These include payment processing, quality control and assurance, negotiations, sales representatives, accounting, corporate trainers, continuous learning, digital marketing, digital PPC advertising, IT, data scientists/analysts, customer service, verification specialists, loan originators, and loan underwriters.- Partner with and establish solid relationships with the hiring managers to strategize and implement recruiting plans and objectives.- Assists in the creation of professional job postings and ads as needed- Conduct discovery calls with hiring managers to understand the position requirements, advised the hiring manager on policies, procedures, and any recruiting initiatives.- Review internal and external candidate resumes and assess suitability to the company and the position- Conduct phone screenings and recommend viable candidates to the hiring managers for further consideration.- Conduct passive searches through various online resume databases and social media forums, including job boards and social media sites for suitable and qualified candidates- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for recurring or hard-to-fill roles- Work with the HR department on departmental objectives, onboarding projects, onboarding orientation and on any other ad-hoc projects- Maintain accurate records on all candidates and provide ongoing recruitment status reports and updates- Researched and launched a Retention Survey that included 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year surveys.- Using the data from the surveys, I was able to identify employees who had concerns and suggestions. I also broke down the data by department and by length of employment- To ensure new hires' feedback is taken into consideration, I reach out to each of them 2-4 weeks after their training to ask for feedback and address any concerns they may have.
