Assisting FRG Leaders with various fund raising projects. Projects included, "Race to Afghanistan", Christmas Wrapping for the Troops, participating in monthly FRG Meetings, redeployment and Barracks preparation for our Troops currently deployed to Afghanistan. Assisting when/where needed.

• Managed Cooperative Advertising Budgets for the entire country which included the following Accounts; Amazon.com, Best Buy, Costco, Fred Meyer, Music Millennium, Easy Street, Sonic Boom, Silver Platters, Tower, AAFES, Hastings, J&R Electronics, Newbury Comics, Virgin Records, Baker & Taylor, Rolling Stone, Electric Fetus, just to name a few.• Provided administrative support to the Branch/Marketing Managers and Sales Staff with a demonstrated ability to improvise, improve procedures, and meet deadlines.• Prepared and submitted invoices on a weekly basis• Computer support person, i.e., “Mini Analyst”.• Managed office purchases, i.e., office supplies and equipment.• Served as local contact in relationship to leasing and property management issues.• Coordinated National/Branch Meetings, luncheons, dinners and various special events.• Organized the details of special events, travel arrangements, agendas and itineraries.• Maintained a relationship with account base in order to make certain the Sony Music Advertising Policy was adhered to. • Worked hand-in-hand with the Credit Department in order to solve account reconciliation issues.

Helped to create various "tools" used to bring "notice" to new and upcoming artists. Instrumental in securing and coordinating off-site venues to showcase new releases. Also provided administrative support by compiling and submitting Expense Reports and communicating direction to the Marketing Staff on behalf of the Marketing Manager, both verbally and written.

• Administrative support for the Fred Meyer Regional Director. Collected and compiled employee hours worked, store sales and loses, in order to get a true picture of each store’s margin.• Fielding of incoming calls from Fred Meyer Music Department Managers regarding pricing discrepancies, orders and point of purchase materials.• Served as liaison between office and the Fred Meyer Retail Outlets.
