★ MANAGED PROJECTS INCLUDE ★■ U.S. Dept. of the Treasury’s (Treasury) Debt Management Services (DMS): Leads the application of predictive analytics and tools to debt collection to assist DMS with the efficient and effective collection of their referred delinquent debts portfolio (a portfolio of $162 billion in FY2015).■ U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA): Has supervised and has provided advisory for model updates, re-estimates, budget formulation, and analytics support for the FSA’s direct and guarantee credit programs, a total credit portfolio of $155 billion direct loans and loan guarantees (FY2015). ■ USDA’s Foreign Agriculture Service (FAS): Leveraged expertise with the Farm Bill and relevant WTO negotiations to develop and update FAS’ export credit program risk-adjusted fees methodology, implement a web-based fee calculator, and provide technical advisory on the topic of these risk-adjusted fees during a consultation between U.S. and Brazil trade representatives.■ Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC): Performed an independent verification and validation (IV&V) of FDIC’s Least Cost Test Model and reviewed the Small Bank Deposit Insurance Pricing Model. Currently supervising a team to IV&V four staffing models in 2016.■ National Credit Union Administration (NCUA): Updates the econometric risk management models that predicts credit union failure, as well as producing the quarterly estimate and analysis of the general loss reserve forecasts for the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.■ U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH): Directs the Federal Credit support services for the Indian Housing Loan Guarantee program.

■ HUD, Federal Housing Administration (FHA): Led a team of actuaries, economists, and mortgage insurance experts tasked to evaluate FHA’s MMI Fund and produce an independent actuarial review and economic valuation of the MMI Fund for forward and reverse mortgages. For the Multifamily Financial Assessment Subsystem (MF-FASS), developed and improved the output-based models used for credit risk assessment using survival analysis techniques.■ USDA, FSA: Developed cash flow models at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency focusing on forecasting models of loan default, prepayment, and recoveries for the cash flow models for major USDA federal credit programs.■ Treasury, Office of Fiscal Projections (OFP): Managed a team of economists and data analysts to develop and maintain a suite of econometric forecasting models for receipts, outlays, and means of financing for the OFP at the Treasury. These models employed time series and dynamic modeling techniques and was complemented with detailed analyses of key indicators, trends, and behavior of the forecasting suite.■ Treasury, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund: Advised the program setup and development of econometric credit subsidy, cash flow forecasting, and risk rating models for the Bond Guarantee Program, as well as assisted in the development of underwriting criteria and lending parameters for CDFI borrowers to the program.■ Focused on econometric modeling, particularly for credit risk assessment, as well as in developing frameworks for quantitative analysis.

■ Generated the quantitative analysis component of the consumer and industry research on Baijiu (Chinese liquor) for V&S (makers of Absolut Vodka brand). ■ Designed data management frameworks for the Gatorade and Pepsi market studies on inventory turnover and brand promotions effectiveness (China market).■ Wrote a mini-handbook on Data Analysis using SPSS for future use of the Market Research division.

■ Taught Mathematical Economics I (Introduction to Differential and Integral Calculus), Mathematical Economics II (Linear Algebra and Optimization), Economics Statistics, Introduction to Microeconomics, and Mathematica Lab Courses (Basic and Advanced).
