With assets totaling $1.3 billion and over 95 thousand customers, this was the largest project in the history of the credit union. What was initially a 2 to 1 merger (Libro Credit Union & United Communities Credit Union) quickly became a 4 to 1 merger as additional credit unions were brought on board. Instrumental in laying the foundation for a continuous improvement culture at Libro. I participated in the support of corporate strategies and provided leadership and advice on all Value Creation through Lean related matters. This included overall direction in the area of program and process improvement, training and communication in addition to enhancing the culture of Libro Credit Union. I received my Executive Lean Leader certification and was a gold medal recipient for my Lean Green Belt certification. -
