Dr. Sandy Grace leads the team at Grace Dental Design, a practice she has owned and operated for 25 years. A Shawnee native, Sandy attended Oklahoma State University and the OU College of Dentistry, in order to enter the healthcare field to rectify issues she saw within dentistry while growing up.“My passion for dentistry came from being abused as a patient by a dentist as a child,” she says. “I always knew there had to be a better way. That fear of the dentist that I still struggle with today has made me an extremely empathetic dentist. I truly understand patients’ fear, and all team members have been educated on understanding the needs of fearful patients.”Sandy prides herself on creating a safe, gentle and caring environment for everyone who walks through the doors of Grace Dental Design.Off the clock, Sandy enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and vacationing at the beach and Napa Valley with her husband of 28 years, Verej Jazirvar, and their two daughters, Kelsey and Lindsey.
