Established the studio-based model within EY to help acquired groups like ours work better within the traditional EY consulting offering while also ensuring our group continued to provide innovative and valuable work for existing and new clients.

One of three founders of Intuitive Company. Ran the Design team and helped build Intuitive into an award-winning user-experience design, research and development firm. Intuitive Company worked with clients across all industries to make their software, apps and websites more effective, efficient and enjoyable. EY acquired Intuitive Company in December 2015 to help grow its creative offering globally.

Managing Chase web interface design across the major lines of business including Retail Banking, Private Bank, Asset Management, Credit Card, Lending, and Corporate. Managing team responsible for interface design, customer experience vision and strategy, usability and design quality assurance.

As part of the Treasury & Securities Services Client Access group, responsible for Client Experience planning and implementation of user experience across division internet applications. Managing team responsible for vision, standards, testing and metrics across wholesale banking internet applications.

Managing Design discipline at Electronic Ink. Business development, recruiting, Process management. Resource management, profitability and budget reporting for Designers in Philadelphia, Raleigh-Durham and London. Expertise and hands-on experience in browser based software design including Information Architecture, Data Visualization and Brand extension for verticals such as Financial, Healthcare and Non-profit. Many clients including AstraZeneca, BBC, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Citizens Bank, MBNA, Microsoft, NYSE, Oppenheimer Funds, Pearson Publishing, Wyeth.

Led creative and brand identity tracks. Managed teams of designers, information architects, front and back-end programmers, and business strategists building large-scale web sites for "dot.com" and traditional corporations in financial services, science, healthcare and consumer verticals. Developed process for rapid identity development for interactive products, as well as interactive tools to analyze brand and competitive landscape.

Design and management of corporate annual reports and related materials. From 11/94 - on as Director of New Media. Led new multimedia division to translate all forms of printed corporate design into the interactive form (cd-rom, internet, on-site kiosks).
