I use SalesForce CRM software to track opportunities. I use CET Designer to draw and estimate Demountable Wall projects. I created an Excel spreadsheet to follow these projects through from PO to punch work. I maintain communication between sales, installation crews, and the factory to ensure information is accurate and timely. I perform VFDs, obtain signoffs, create timelines for product and installation, and coordinate with installation companies to schedule work. I provide the base necessary for our sales people and management to do their jobs efficiently.
