As a part of this family, I devoted to increase its revenue and growth. Being a newly created company, capital investments needed to be carefully analyzed and appropriately allocated. And that's my role. I love my work in analyzing company's daily/weekly/monthly revenue, costs and sales to see what was changing and why. After figuring reason behind it, here comes the thrilling time trying to find a solution to recommend to my managers. Sometimes they give me quests such as evaluating their decision in changing company's current operation. It's challenging quest since there is no precedent. However, I love it since I have to think so hard to find a way to evaluate it myself. When the problem is solved, here comes the ultimate satisfaction.In this family, we interact closely to each other in order to help company develop without any information missed out. For this reason, I became a team player and start improving my EQ. Walking in others' shoes and understanding them in order to work well with them is important, right?

Here comes the story of my first professional job. Isn't it scary for a fresh graduate to know that every of your advice might help your clients to either earn thousands of dollars or "help" them sell their car? (I like to think positively that they will have chance to buy a better car later).It's foreign exchange market in which I was working in, a very high risk market with high return. I supported a senior by analyzing economics news and their impacts on currency movement. We advised investors the most beneficial strategy with lowest risk. I love to see how market moves as I forecast. On the side line, I supported managers in admin tasks such as interpretation and event management.

This is my very first job in New Zealand.I learned so much from working as a waitress. It's how to communicate effectively in another language, it's how to understand your customers' needs in order to make them smile happily walking out of the restaurant (and certainly come back next time).I learned that everyone is different and they need to be catered differently. Customers have different tastes and preferences. That's why knowing what you are doing and how to deliver it effectively to customers are vital to business. I have been working carrying this concept until now and I know it will help any business I'm going to work for in the future.(And please visit Restaurant 88 on Tory street, Wellington.
