While challenging, this position offers a lot of latitude. Because we are a small (in terms of personnel) company, I am a trainer, a recruiter, an assistant to the sales staff and mentor for some applicants. We are developing the position to incorporate many possibilities to encourage use of our website by both employers and potential employees. Although the website makes most matches automatically, it has limitations that sometimes cannot be addressed immediately through that medium, and I am there to facilitate some of those gaps. We are always trying to improve our product and our customer service. My job is to identify and target immediate needs and help to develop plans for future growth.

Our remodeling business was established on Sid's years of experience in the construction/remodeling business. His work ethic is solid and his broad based knowledge of the industry is very good. Economic conditions forced us to close the business at the end of 2007, but I would highly recommend his work!
