General Manager People And Development
CurrentIn this role I am responsible for providing strategic and operational support to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the Group (1,800 employees nationally). The role supports the establishment of an employee orientated and high performance culture emphasising quality, productivity and alignment to the organisation's business goals. The role is a key driver and leader in ensuring the effective development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, programs and processes to ensure accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. The role works with the business to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including: policy development, recruitment and workforce planning; employee on-boarding and development; performance management and improvement systems; employment compliance and industrial relations; employee relations; organisational restructuring; organisational development and staff development. The role, in partnership with the business, is responsible for developing and implementing key change management strategies and services to improve staff and business performance.
