Samuel J. "Sandy" Kahn is Chairman and CEO of Kent Holdings and Affiliates, a diverse real estate development and investment firm. Headquartered in San Diego, California, his group of companies which were established more than 75 years ago by Mr. Kahn's grandfather and father, have developed nearly 25% of the developable land in the city of San Diego as well as many other communities and assets throughout California and Nevada.Mr. Kahn, having been invited to testify before The Congress of The United States, is a noted authority on development issues germane to public-private partnerships.Mr. Kahn has been a member of or Chaired numerous regional and national civic and philanthropic foundations and commissions including The Criminal Justice Legal Foundation, the Biege Book Committee of the 11th District of The Federal Reserve Board and The Governor of California's Advisory Commission on Homeland Security.
