During this course, I was playing a role of coordinator between the customers and the service department, the construction department and the software department of SEHO Germany to study and analyze the customers’ requests or failures and eventually provide them satisfactory solutions.www.seho.de

Cycad is a well-known distributor in China representing foreign SMT equipments and so on. My job there was to provide the customers with installation and maintenance service as well as technical and process support. Visiting new customers with sales colleagues to present our products was also a part of my job.In the last year of this job, I was switched to sales engineer.

As a process and equipment engineer at Factory No. 784, which at the time produced VTR, VCD, DVD and other home electronics, my job was to make programs for SMT equipments and compile process documents. In the meantime I was also responsible for repair and maintenance of the machines together with other colleagues in our team.This was the valuable five years when I learned a lot of basic knowledges on the SMT process and machines, which helped me a lot in my later professional career.
