Sandy advises employers in business and employment litigation. In every representation, Sandy works closely with her client to understand and further its business objectives. Sandy has broad experience representing employers in connection with discrimination and retaliation claims and purported wage and hour class actions. She advises current and potential employers about restrictive covenants and litigates the enforceability of non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-recruitment provisions. She also has particular expertise representing clients regarding contract disputes and claims of tortious interference and other business torts. Sandy is a member of the Northern District of Illinois Trial Bar and has an active pro bono practice.
