CurrentWorking on IT and NON-IT Roles, sourcing the candidate through different job portals like Monster, CB, Dice, indeed, LinkedIn & Clearance Job.Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors such as staffing firms, outsourcing partners, and external recruiting groups.Handling end-to-end recruitment starting from requisition, sourcing the candidates, short-listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and final placement.Responsible for handling both Contractual and Full Time Position.Worked on clearance (Active Secret/Active Top Secret/SCI, FSP) candidates for various DOD federal clients.Recruiting the Consultants on US Employment type W2, 1099 for federal projects.Posting job descriptions in portals.Interacting with the candidates, giving them a brief about the position, and checking them technically.Based on this interaction schedule them for the technical interview.Aggressively following up with candidates to get their interviews done.Ensure the joining of offered candidates on the committed dates.
