• Accompany groups of up to 50 guests on various itineraries of Alaska Land Tours, delivering a high level of customer service, commentary, narration, and logistical information.
• Provide a seamless operational experience by establishing a team relationship with Driver Guides, Rail Guides, Guest Service Hosts and other company employees and vendors.
• Facilitate an atmosphere of fun and learning by presenting historical, social, and cultural information and providing entertainment and interaction activities for guests while on tour.
• Maintain and complete all paperwork associated with the tours, including daily reports, expense reports, property claims, and medical or issue reports, through computer based applications.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of tour routes and make personal recommendations throughout the tour for dining, optional excursions, entertainment, and shopping.
• Represent Princess Cruises in a positive and professional manner through appearance, attitude, and actions, receiving excellent Guest Survey scores.
