CONSULTATIONConsulted with and trained the executive management and board leadership of 161 nonprofit agencies in the Northeast Region. During this period, national growth went from 99,000 to 245,000 youth served.• Facilitated strategic planning retreats.• Researched, synthesized, integrated program and operational data.• Utilized analytic skills to identify underlying organizational dynamics to feedback to affiliate leaders. PROJECT MANAGEMENT• Project lead on rebuild of the BBBS extranet, integrating knowledge and learning management systems, resulting in 24/7 support to 350+ affiliate agencies nationwide (2004-2005). • Led multi-disciplinary teams of 30+ staff in the planning and execution of national and regional conferences/leadership summits; streamlined the registration process; managed budget projections; leveled registration fees for 5 years. Saw a 10-15% increase in annual attendance (2004-2008).• Led a cross-functional project team in designing, implementing, and managing the BBBS Agency Resource Center, sharing effective and promising practices among affiliate agencies (2007-2013).• Led project teams in updating and implementing BBBSA's National Standards of Practice; researched and integrated effective and promising practices; identified and organized tools, resources, and effective practices for nationwide dissemination (2010-2013).TRAINING• Created and delivered content for in-person, on-line, and webinar training for program staff, executives and board leaders.SYSTEMS• Worked on the design, development, and execution of an Agency Information Management System, used to track key program outcomes and performance data. • Participated on the team working on refinement of the national Service Delivery Model, integrating promising practices with the updated Standards of Practice.• Streamlined content from the National office to local affiliates through use of e-newsletters and the extranet, reducing redundancies in messaging.
