I am responsible to design the end to end technical integration & implementation of new education offerings globally. I coordinate and jointly work with the course teams including the program owners, content developers and delivery administration teams worldwide. I work with the HR systems to define the pipeline and targeted audience, per program requirements. Design and implement the nomination process, the complete program communication flow and reporting from a business impact and education perspective. This includes defining the architect and requirements needed, enabling the programming and support teams to produce results per the business needs, within the required time line and budget. As a result, the business has a complete deliverable program. For the years 2013/ 2014 we released major new learning initiatives. These initiatives include training programs for “Newly Appointed Managers,” “Experienced Managers” & “New Up-line Leaders”. All of these programs include an e-Learning component. Some initiatives include virtual live classes and some also include a live multi-day face-to-face classroom learning lab.
