Full HR responsiblility for this 200 employee, 3-shift tea blending and packaging operation. Manage all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting and on-boarding, labor relations, benefits and salary administration, training, worker’s compensation, safety, training, legal compliance, discipline and discharge.
