CurrentLearning and Development Role:Design and translate needs assessment, business performance goals and other client data into a comprehensive instructional design program. Collaborate with staff and subject matter experts, develop performance objectives, and recommend instructional strategies and content design. Incorporate learner prerequisites and workplace transfer activities. Continuously review goals and progress with client teams. Recommend assessment and program evaluation activities. Reviewed course needs analysis, survey feedback, technical brochures, and images. Constructed course objectives, outline and test questions. Developed course in PowerPoint and test questions in an electronic survey tool. Presented ideas for augmenting the course in the future. Project 2: Onboarding Courses for Sales Force New Hires Developed overall introduction to the company. Designed and developed intensive new hire product training in certification levels. Training included prestudy work, intensive instructor-led courses, testing to certify in each level, and transfer of learning activities back on the job. Created test questions for each course to legitimize certification.
