Singer/Song writer from Australia since 2001. Female vocal of a local acoustic band, BlueSky and formed another rock band, Rockgoby. Performed actively at local cafes & multicultural events. Started songwriting in 2003. Recording of own work in 2004, marketing of the songs in Asia mid-2005, signed as a Song Writer under Universal Music Publishing in 2007.Her songs are about falling in love, moving on and forward, losing loved ones, recovering from loss, hope and empowerment. Her musical style is relaxing, fluid, free-flowing, personal, reflective, positive, and warm. Influences to her songs came from asia, europe, popular music, rock, jazz, and instrumental type of music. Non-musical influences include her personal experience, travels, inner reflection, observation of life and love. Sandy's songs aim to communicate and express her inner thoughts & emotions, passion & love for life, to tell a good story, and to brighten someone's day.
