Provides leadership and overall direction for two Department of Labor grants: the Northern Kentucky Security/Criminal Justice Careers grant and Innovative Pathways in Technology and eLearning Careers grant, implementing the goals and objectives of those grants including: outreach, retention activities, collaboration building, grant reporting, fiscal and personnel management

Responsible for directing two national comprehensive Training and Technical Assistance Programs addressing dating/domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking against women on campus and against women with disabilities• Directed the planning, implementation and evaluation of grant projects that support over 300 campuses nationally; worked directly with the administration of these campuses • Provided in person, on site expertise to campus administrations in the areas of: - Judicial policy and protocol review - Strategic planning - Collaboration building - Student Program development• Supervised the coordination and implementation of over 30 national conferences for campus student affairs staff and administrators• Developed, facilitated and maintained the National Campus Steering Committee comprised of 15 national university and campus administrators and Violence Against Women experts• Developed and managed overall program budgets in excess of $7 million, authorizes all expenditures • Supervised seven programming and administrative staff, including one mid-level manager• Provided leadership to nationally recognized sexual assault coalition, as a member of the senior management team• Provided leadership to policy and education efforts aimed at California campuses on violence against women issues• Provided public policy direction regarding higher education and violence against women, both nationally and at state level• Directed Project Access, a collaboration of several national and state organizations addressing violence against women with disabilities• Ensured organizational compliance with the American's with Disabilities Act in all meetings and trainings

• Managed four council-wide program projects, 12 Day Camps serving 3800 girls, and facilitated at-large council operations• Established and maintained budget and yearly cash flows for program projects• Implemented Volunteer Program Management for program projects, Day Camps and service unit volunteers• Designed and implemented Program Aide “Train the Trainer” for adult volunteers, and provided Program Aide training for Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts• Implemented tools and resources to support volunteer staff and 600 troop leaders in the delivery of the Girl Scouts program, resulting in 70% retention rate of adult volunteersMembership Extension Specialist• Implemented a comprehensive membership recruitment plan for nine service units to ensure 1463 girls had the opportunity and the adult support to participate in the Girl Scout program• Supervised and trained nine registrars and 20 recruiter/organizers to achieve service unit and council goals, resulting in the recruitment of 1463 girls and 399 adult members• Served as a community liaison and council representative for the Warren County United Way
