I have been involved in dental practice management for over 25 years. My consulting career began in 1991 when I began presenting seminars to train dental staff on successful practice management protocols and followed up with visits to their practices. I work with dentists and their teams from all around the world.I have been named a "Leader in Dental CE and Consulting" for the past 11 years by Dentistry Today Magazine. I spend a lot of my time lecturing at the state and national levels. I am an internationally published author and contribute to national journals on a regular basis. I enjoy my work and helping others become more successful. My focus is on making office life easier, less stressful and more enjoyable for dentists and their staff. I have assisted hundreds of dentists with reaching their career goals.Specialties: I am a "hands on" consultant. I work in all areas of dental practice management. Systems include, scheduling, receptionist, insurance, accounts receivable, office manager training, productive meetings, keeping business metrics, writing SOP manuals, checklists, general organization, periodontal and hygiene programs, general dental office systems. I train the staff and work on ways for the dentist to have more income, lower overhead, more control and less stress.
