Last busy season, I took on an additional role as the scheduler and am continuing in this position. As with other years, and other offices, each year my responsibilities and knowledge grows.I was tagged by the managing partner of our office to attend a firm-wide focus group regarding processes. Less that 40 people from all of our offices were selected to take part in this meeting. I was very fortunate to be a part of this and have input in the processes that have been adopted by all of CRI.
