Responsibilities include supporting engineering by setting up jobs on ASML scanners, Nikon 248nm and 193nm scanners, KLA Archer registration files, Accent CDS200 scatterometer files and KLA and Applied Materials CD-SEM files, and KLARITY to disposition monitor wafers.
