The ICUL Service Corporation (LSC) provides various services to more than 2,000 credit unions across the country. I was honored to support the credit union movement by implementing more than 600 debit card and ATM projects, from simple functionality changes to full-blown conversions and new program setups. In my role at LSC, I went from not knowing anything about project management to becoming a go-to person for debit card project implementation questions.
