The ICUL Service Corporation (LSC) provides various services to more than 2,000 credit unions across the country. I was honored to support the credit union movement by implementing more than 600 debit card and ATM projects, from simple functionality changes to full-blown conversions and new program setups. In my role at LSC, I went from not knowing anything about project management to becoming a go-to person for debit card project implementation questions. I became a valuable resource to the organization as well as the credit unions when it came to debit card functionality and project implementation knowledge. ICUL trusted me with managing all debit card projects for one of their largest clients with more than $850 million in assets. Receiving positive feedback year after year from grateful credit unions after a smooth implementation definitely made my hard work pay off.

Worked part-time helping the company develop training materials and presentations for the sales team. Over time, my responsibilities grew to deliver training workshops and seminars to sales staff on evenings and weekends. Eventually I was trusted with organizing large corporate events for 200-500 attendees.
