Having retired from the food business I founded in 2012, I am now following new adventures, namely in our truck camper, Pelican. We have completed our first road trip, 11,000 miles from Denver to Fairbanks, Alaska, finishing in Seattle. Adventures in Pelican will follow our journeys with our blog, plus lots of helpful hints and tips to those thinking of camper van travels, long or short. It's been a massive learning curve for us, and we want to share it with all those interested.I also mentor and advise several starts ups with all the knowledge I have from setting up two businesses myself, and would be interested in helping more.
