As the co-founder of Merity, I am passionate about creating a B2B-centric professional development platform for women that sets a new standard with a proprietary Reflective Practice, differentiated coaching, and a supportive community of peers. With over 16 years of experience in strategic communications and creative direction, I leverage my expertise in marketing, new media, and branding to help companies increase their share, relevance, and appeal to women.I am also the co-founder and chief creative officer of Womenkind, an award-winning women-owned firm that transforms original insights into effective strategy and game-changing campaigns. Through Womenkind, I co-created Grit and Soul, a forum where women share personal stories of the bold changes that have occurred in their lives. I believe these stories empower, inspire, and have the ability to change lives. I hold a BFA from the School of Visual Arts and a Certificate in Executive Coaching from NYU School of Professional Studies. I am fluent in Italian and a member of the Board of Trustees at Xavier High School.
