Focus on driving strategy and customer success initiatives to our global support team. Responsible for maintaining and growing activation rates along with maintaining revenue from existing customer base.Conduct customer facing webinars providing education to TSheets customers.Survey TSheets customers to review satisfaction, identify case studies, gather reviews and drive referrals, and gather information on why customers cancelled their accounts.Drive and maintain consistency with tools and processes with global support team.Provide cross functional representation with Marketing partners on global market opportunities.
