I am a highly motivated, self starting, team player who for the past four years have provided on-site construction supervision, cost estimating, plan review and comment, as well as budget and schedule tracking on all of The Container Store New Store construction projects. I was the key contact for the General Contractors, Landlord/Developers, Architects, Engineers and Building Inspection officials on numerous projects from May 2004 through June 2008. My MEP expertise has assisted The Container Store in many process improvement initiatives involving third-party low voltage providers, such as ADT, DMX and Divcon, as well as major design and installation improvements in the lighting, electrical systems and HVAC design and installation.My methodology when working with the project team is team building and inclusive. My experiences and ability allow me to bridge personalities and conventional construction processes to the benefit of the project.
