• Understand strategic talent needs (managerial and above positions) of five Sands China Limited properties (Sands Macau, Venetian Macau, Holiday Inn Cotai Strip, Conrad Macau, and the Parisian Macau) in order to identify and implement innovative solutions to support internal and external talent pipeline
• Utilise various recruitment channels to advertise vacancies internally and externally (LinkedIn, Google, Newspaper, Referrals, Company Career Page, Internal Transfer etc.)
• Review and screen on average 250 profiles per week for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and positions (oversees average 3 senior level positions and 12+ managerial positions)
• Work with C&B team to structure and negotiate compensation with successful candidates, recruitment agencies and Hiring Managers
• Arrange and conduct interviews with senior management candidates
• Support mass-recruitment activities and job fairs (including oversea recruitment trips)
• Map the talent market and build talent pipeline
• Create and maintained CV candidate pool of 3500+ managerial and above candidates
• Use effective communication approaches to proactively and timely keep candidates inform about their application status (verbally or in written format)

• Acted as a change catalyst in the cultural and organizational transformation by promoting process improvement that drove behaviour changes through Kaizen events and Six Sigma activities with average increase of 40% productivity, achieving over USD $5,000,000 gains

• Arranged four to six phone or face to face interviews per month for top level candidates
• Provide dtimely follow-up with candidates to provide post-interview feedbacks
• Maintained CV candidate pool of over 3,000+ senior management candidates
• Managed and contracted15 agency service agreements (both new and renewal)
