This role involved leading a department of 11 with responsibility for day-to-day operations, hiring and training of the Television Sales and Creative Departments locally and determined all national sales direction. The role extended into programming and management over the entire operation.Increased revenue year over year locally, provincially, nationally and was responsible for negotiating campaigns with ad agencies throughout North America.Developed and produced local programming which resulted in additional television revenue.

Responsible for selling, developing and designing television advertising campaigns for local and national clients.Increased sales 1000% within one year.

Responsible for overall community relations and promotion of CBC Edmonton; both radio and television. Developed, negotiated and executed all promotions, sponsorships, public relations and outside marketing campaigns.Developed and implemented a Christmas food bank promotion with the Edmonton Food Bank. This promotion was adopted throughout CBC stations countrywide and is a very successful event across the Country to this day.
