 As a Network Engineer for Philips Remote Services (PRS) responsible for maintain, provision and troubleshoot the VPN connectivity for connecting hospitals and Philips medical devices back to san jose datacenter. Responsible for reachability of more than 300+ hospitals and 800+ medical devices in PRS tooling throughout APAC India region. Configuration of new routers (Cisco 800 Series) to connect new sites using IPsec DMVPN(Router on site) Configuration of Philips data center router for connecting new sites using IPsec SMVPN(Site-to-Site VPN) Working with Philips Field Service Engineers (FSE) and hospital IT to establish new DMVPN(Router on Site) and SMVPN (Lan-to-Lan).  Responsible to diagnose and resolve problem with the connectivity, reachability and registration of Philips medical devices in PRS tooling. Proactive monitoring of PRS infrastructure to increase uptime and quickly resolve issues within the environment.
