 Development of ILS plans and deliverables in support of the overall program activities relating to the Marine Fleet assets for life cycle or required logistic horizon. Develop and maintain logistics acquisition documentation to foster compliance with NAVSEA, EDAMA and other logistics requirements. Enhance system engineering technical review, gap analysis, configuration audit and the generation of configuration data from functional location, equipment and LRU… Show more  Development of ILS plans and deliverables in support of the overall program activities relating to the Marine Fleet assets for life cycle or required logistic horizon. Develop and maintain logistics acquisition documentation to foster compliance with NAVSEA, EDAMA and other logistics requirements. Enhance system engineering technical review, gap analysis, configuration audit and the generation of configuration data from functional location, equipment and LRU level. Configuration and customization of SIMPLICIO in accordance with Tadbeer format and ADSB project requirements. Development, implementation and monitoring of ILS policies, processes, strategies and milestone. Develop maintenance schedules and categorize routine, hourly and condition based maintenances and assign maintenance level by considering OEM manuals and ADSB standards. Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) includes level of repair analysis, calculation of preventive/corrective spares, identifying insurance and long lead items. Customization of spares according to ship mission profile, AOR, usage rate, failure rate, logistic horizon, and upkeep cycle. Archiving of Installation, Operation, Maintenance, workshop manuals etc. as per the contract and incompliance with customer requirements. Arranging the deliverables of ILS documentation duly facilitate easy reference and records for the customer. Determine and notify milestone deliverables on behalf of project manager. Prepare ILS reports for project and deliverables. Manage and assist directorates/ direct reporting program management offices in working with prime contractor/OEM to ensure adequate development of ILS products and deliverables. Contribute to the development of technical manuals and interactive electronic technical manuals and development of standard parts catalogs and STTE lists.
