The biggest challenge I face is establishing a completely new product category within the bone regeneration area. Efforts are enormous (described by one of our founders as starting up a new business), new skills are required on a daily basis and the comfort zone is non-existing, but nothing is impossible. I am very proud of my significant contribution to the success of this project, the sales that this product category has generated since then and its importance for further establishing Neoss products in the marketplace.
