Responsible for the preparation of concept and preliminary designed for Solar photovoltaic projectsCosting of solutions and financial modelling in developing the deal for presentation to the clientPreparation of tender and proposal documentsPreparation of deal and sales presentationsAttending business development client meetings, acting in the role of technical expert and sales support to the Business Development Team.

Manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.Prepare and implement plant operating and maintenance procedures ensuring grid compliance with grid operators and Local requirements.Recruit, select, train and manage plant operating, maintenance and administrative staff.Prepare annual operating budgets OPEX and annual capital budget CAPEX and periodic status reports.Interface and coordinate with local customers and suppliers.Procure parts, materials, services and support resolution of technical issues.Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental and contractual responsibilities.Provide a high level of professionalism and technical expertise.Perform routine Quality Assurance checks of solar technician work.Assist solar technicians from time to time in various solar maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

•Provide Inverter technical support to the local field technicians in high-level cases (remotely and on site)•Interface with maintenance service, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and product leadership teams to expediently resolve technical issues•Analyse the failure and availability statistics of the installed fleet to identify failure trends in an early phase and to initiate corrective actions•Work with the functional technical support team to increase the system performance, based on statistical data•Develop operational models to provide technical support for internal and external stakeholders, including network connectivity, data collection, and remote hardware management•Collaborate with Power Engineering team to improve product support by tracking issues, projects and associated reports and driving process improvements•Liaise with product engineers to define product support documentation and deliver content for publication•Field test and lab test of prototype retrofits and verification of the technical documentation to meet the field engineering needs
