Client’s daily tracking report (Updating clients report on a day-2-day basis, attending to client’s queries, & resolution)- Communicating with drivers on a day to day basis-basic Fuel calculations -reporting and escalation of Faulty tracking- FMS truck’s scheduling, dispatch & delivery, as well as creating a customer's order- Trip sheet preparations- Magic (I) Updating on day to day (Director’s blog system) - Online truck switching using Puls tracking system- Border clearance, & eliminating delays- Truck status update- Quick flow & movement of the trucks (determining ETA’s)- Breakdowns log ins & following up with the workshop, resolution. - Eliminating down times- POD Administrations-Monitoring unscheduled and unauthorized stops .-Reporting and escalating faultry tracking unit -Responding to tracking alarms and panic
